All deliveries sent by Hi-Def Oz are currently handled by Australia Post. As a company, we prefer to send all ordered goods via "Registered Post" & "Express Post" to allow for better security and easier tracking.

Delivery charges are calculated at: (Single or Double Disc Editions included, Special Editions containing extra material or more than 2 discs is extra and is calcuated at checkout)

NOTE: Free Registered Shipping applies to all orders of dvd's only and is $150 or above in value excluding freight and must be shipped in one shipment.

Due to the size and weight of hardware, delivery charges are calculated during checkout.

Packaging (DVD)
All DVD's that is shipped from Hi-Def Oz are packed in padded satchels and/or cardboard boxes and is included in the shipping cost.

All Hardware that is shipped from Hi-Def Oz are packed in cardboard boxes and padded with bubble wrap and is included in the shipping cost.

Couriers
Unfortunatley at this time, courier services are not available. But may become available in the future.

Pickups
Sorry, since we operate as an online only store pickups are not currently available.

International Shipping
Sorry, we currently do not ship to destinations outside of Australia.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we "Hi-Def Oz" have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund unless the said item is to found be defective. So please choose carefully! For Returns on defective products you must contact us for a "Returns Authorisation Number". The RA Number must be quoted on the outside of box in clear bold lettering before any returns will be accepted. Shipping of the returns is at the cost of customer must shipped via at least same method as the original delivery.
